GCK低壓抽出式配電柜適用于交流50HZ,660V及以下的三相五線制輸配電系統(tǒng)。作為電力系統(tǒng)的發(fā)電廠、變電站、工礦企業(yè)和高層建筑中受電、饋電、照明及電動機控制之用。

GCK低壓抽出式配電柜，采用先進的拼裝結(jié)構(gòu)和組合單元，抽出式組合單元疊裝于封閉的金屬柜體隔室內(nèi)，其防護等級為IP30,具有安全、可靠、方便、靈活等優(yōu)點。

符合國家標準：IEC439-1《低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備》、GB7251.1《低壓抽出式成套開關(guān)設(shè)備》。

GCK low-voltage drawout type power distribution cabinet adopts advanced assembly structure and combination unit, and the drawout type combination unit is stacked in the closed metal cabinet compartment, and its protection level is IP30, which has the advantages of safety, reliability, convenience and flexibility.

In line with national standards: IEC439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251.1 "low-voltage withdraw-type switchgear".

結(jié)構(gòu)特點

裝置的主結(jié)構(gòu)采用C型鋼，柜架為組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，主構(gòu)架上均有安裝模數(shù)孔E=25mm.按需要加裝門、隔板、支架、母線及抽出式部件和電器元器件，最后加裝封板便組成完整的開關(guān)柜。柜體主要分為水平母線室、垂直母線室、功能單元室及電纜室，各單元的功能作用相對獨立。水平母線位于柜體頂端后部，打開頂蓋即可方便水平母線安裝。

垂直母線設(shè)置于柜左后部并用母線罩隔離，保證了檢修的安全性。抽屜單元采用雙導(dǎo)軌制，操作方便輕松。柜門、側(cè)板、頂蓋、后門、封板等外觀可見部件均采用環(huán)氧粉末靜電噴涂或鍍鋅處理，涂層均勻美觀耐腐蝕。

Structural characteristics

The main structure of the device is made of C-type steel, the cabinet frame is a combined structure, and the main frame is equipped with installation module holes E=25mm. According to the need to install the door, partition, bracket, bus and extraction parts and electrical components, and finally install the sealing plate to form a complete switch cabinet. The cabinet is mainly divided into horizontal bus room, vertical bus room, functional unit room and cable room, and the function of each unit is relatively independent. The horizontal bus bar is located at the rear of the top of the cabinet, and the installation of the horizontal bus bar can be facilitated by opening the top cover.

The vertical bus bar is arranged at the left rear of the cabinet and isolated by the bus bar cover to ensure the safety of maintenance. Drawer unit adopts double guide rail system, easy to operate. Cabinet doors, side panels, top covers, back doors, sealing plates and other visible parts are all treated with epoxy powder electrostatic spraying or galvanized, and the coating is uniform, beautiful and corrosion resistant.
