HPF890型智能操控裝置用于3～35kV戶內(nèi)開關(guān)柜，適用于中置柜、手車柜、固定柜、環(huán)網(wǎng)柜等多種開關(guān)柜。它具有一次回路模擬圖及開關(guān)狀態(tài)指示，高壓帶電顯示，自動溫濕度控制，人體感應(yīng)自動照明，語音提示，電參數(shù)測量及RS485通訊接口等眾多功能，集操作、顯示于一體。

Product overview

HPF890 intelligent control device for 3 ~ 35kV indoor switch cabinet, which is suitable for middle cabinet, hand cabinet, fixed cabinet, ring network cabinet and other switch cabinets. It has a primary circuit analog diagram and switch status indication, high voltage live display, automatic temperature and humidity control, human body sensing automatic lighting, voice prompt, electrical parameter measurement and RS485 communication interface and many other functions, set operation, display in one.

• 功能簡介

1）動態(tài)模擬圖可以顯示斷路器分合閘指示，手車位置指示，接地開關(guān)位置指示和彈簧儲能指示。

2）高壓帶電顯示及閉鎖適用于3.6-40.5KV/50HZ系統(tǒng)，與相應(yīng)電壓等級的傳感器配合使用，顯示主回路帶電情況，母線各項電壓均偏離額定電壓較大時采取閉鎖功能。

3）自動溫濕度控制有溫濕度模擬控制和溫濕度數(shù)字控制可顯示現(xiàn)場的溫度和濕度，可根據(jù)需要自行設(shè)置加熱、除濕、鼓風(fēng)的上下限。

4）智能語音防誤提示是在斷路器和接地開關(guān)處于合閘狀態(tài)時，若誤操作小車位置，會有語音提示糾正操作。

5）人體感應(yīng)通過感應(yīng)周圍紅外場的變化感知有人接近，自動啟動柜內(nèi)照明。

6）電力參數(shù)測量包括測量主回路的電流、電壓、有功功率、功率因數(shù)、電能等電力參數(shù)。

Function introduction

1) The dynamic simulation diagram can display the breaker opening and closing indication, the hand car position indication, the ground switch position indication and the spring energy storage indication.

2) High voltage live display and lock is suitable for 3.6-40.5KV/50HZ system, used in combination with the sensor of the corresponding voltage level to show the main circuit is live, and the bus voltage is larger than the rated voltage to take the lock function.

3) Automatic temperature and humidity control: temperature and humidity analog control and digital control can display the temperature and humidity of the site, and can set the upper and lower limits of heating, dehumidification and blast according to needs.

4) Intelligent voice anti-error prompt is when the circuit breaker and ground switch are in the closing state, if the wrong operation of the car position, there will be a voice prompt to correct the operation.

5) Human body sensing by sensing changes in the surrounding infrared field to sense someone approaching, automatically start the lighting in the cabinet.

6) Power parameter measurement includes measuring the current, voltage, active power, power factor, electric energy and other power parameters of the main loop.
